Welcome to Yalla Koora! By using our services—whether online or on-site—you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your relationship with Yalla Koora. These terms become effective upon ticket purchase or use of any of our services. Venue-specific rules are also displayed at each location to ensure your safety and an enjoyable experience.

1. Introduction & Definitions

• Yalla Koora: Refers to all Yalla Koora services, whether accessed online, via app, or in person at our venues.

• Customer: Any individual purchasing or using a Yalla Koora entry pass.

• Pass Types: Refers to the Pass types that will be available at each branch reception.

• Agreement: Refers to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Playing Pitches are accessible to kids aged 5 to 16.

• Customers must be 14 years or older to make a booking.

• Parents or guardians may purchase passes on behalf of minors aged 5–13 years.

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Pass Policy

• Passes are valid only for the specific date and duration purchased.

• Time begins from check-in at the venue, not time of online purchase.

• No entry will be granted outside your booked time if the venue is at capacity or your pass has expired.

• Customers must exit once their time ends unless an additional pass is purchased (subject to availability).

• Prices: Are available at each branch reception

• Management reserves the right to adjust pricing and session times without notice.

4. Purchase, Cancellation & Refunds

• All pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once check-in is completed.

• Missed bookings (no-shows) will be marked as used and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

• Tickets may not be reused, exchanged, or rescheduled after the booked period, even if unused.

5. Venue Conduct & Safety

• All customers must respect staff instructions, venue signage, and local cultural norms.

• Entry or continued participation may be denied without refund for:

• Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

• Violating safety or hygiene policies.

• No Shoes are allowed insde the facilty.

• No food, chewing gum, or glass items are permitted on pitches.

• Respect your booking times; entry before and overstay after your booked time is not allowed.

6. Security, CCTV, and Incident Reviews

• CCTV cameras are installed for safety and incident investigation purposes only.

• Access to CCTV footage is not granted to customers.

• If a parent/guardian wishes for footage to be reviewed:

1. An Incident Report Form must be completed and submitted to staff.

2. The request must include a detailed written reason for the footage review.

3. The report will be escalated to a Venue Leader and Management.

4. Yalla Koora has 24 hours to review the footage and provide a summary report.

5. If footage shows anything significant or contradicting the client’s report, the client will be contacted and may be invited in for a formal review.

• This process applies in all cases; no direct access or ad-hoc reviews will be permitted.

7. Account Registration & Responsibility

• If you create an online account, you’re responsible for maintaining secure login details.

• All activity on your account is assumed to be authorized by you.

8. Payment & Invoicing

• All prices include VAT and are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

• Payment confirmations are provided at time of purchase.

• Yalla Koora may change service fees, taxes, or accepted payment methods without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and materials are the property of Yalla Koora and protected by law.

• No content may be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Yalla Koora operates under Saudi Arabian laws and safety standards.

• Yalla Koora is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized behavior, or third-party actions.

11. Suspension of Access

• Access to Yalla Koora facilities or services may be restricted or suspended without notice in cases of:

• Breach of policy.

• Safety concerns.

• Technical or operational needs.

12. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi authorities.

13. General Provisions

• Arabic is the official language for interpreting these Terms and Conditions.

• Promotions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

• Yalla Koora reserves the right to update this agreement at any time.

• Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
